Café Ostria is easily accessed, located only a few kilometers (3km) from the city center of Chania and only 5 km from the International Airport of Chania.

The area is also known for the park in which Eleftherios Venizelos tomb resides (an area where Eleftherios Venizelos had chosen as his burial ground before his death).

The view from Ostria is panoramic – giving the visitor the chance to see all the mainland of the city of Chania, the great White Mountains of Crete, and the Cretan sea.
